Continuous Learning for Employee Capacity Developing in Personal Mastery at Bank Indonesia

The purpose of this research is to discover the impact continuous learning through strengthening competence, and innovation literacy on improvement performance. method used a quantitative explorative technique with surveys respondents being employees money management department at Bank Indonesia. study samples are 160 out 272 total population, which were selected using simple random sampling. data collection process was employed questionnaire. Subsequently, analysis descriptive statistical multiple regression, before regression analysis, requirement conducted tests normality, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation multicollinearity. findings in are: a) competence affect level achievement employee performance Institution X; b) correlation between X shows ‘positive’ ‘strong’; c) contribute X’s by 52.8%, remaining 47.2% other factors; d) has higher sensitivity achieving compared competence; e) results imply need strengthen decent effective organizational, model Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPCK) can be as organizations/Institutions.
